As you are aware under complaint ref ENQ-260980-L3N9R1

ESFA jave confirmed in writing, that Maplesden Noakes School Leaders & Chair of Governors have failed in basic safeguarding process that have led to serious child abuses, and abuses of parental human rights. This is fact based.

ESFA have concluded in writing, that the school have failed in having ANY legal statutory process for managing complaints from parents.

To this end the school along with the ESFA have spent thousands of PUBLIC pounds on Solicitors, reporting harassment claims to the Police (illegally), to prevent this serious exposure of the schools complaint process failures to be addressed. You also know the impact of their conduct has led to the serious life changing impacts.

We have progressed this painfully for over 9 months with you, sadly due to severe incompetence on ESFA part, this is going in full circles.

1. Please provide forthwith, the Expenses of the ALL the trustees over the last 3 years.
2. This is a SINGLE STATUS academy such that the Chair of Governor (Illegal actions performed by him, confirmed by ESFA) is ALSO leading Trustee. Please provide Director expenses, and expenses claimed by him.
3. As point 2 , but for the Head Teacher who is also complicit in the child abuse, and complicit in the failures of having an illegal non-statutory process. Illegal also spending monies threatening, and intimidating the complainant.
