Maidstone Borough Council right to call themselves a Borough Council

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Maidstone Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Maidstone Borough Council,

What gives Maidstone Borough Council the right to call themselves a Borough Council please provide all info you hold.

MBC have already confirmed that they do not have a Royal Charter granting them the privilege to call themselves a borough.

Yours faithfully,

D Speller
