I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by this Council.

Is it not your choice of insolvency practitioners company that is put forward by your choice of external solicitors J E BARING & CO ?

If this is correct then you must be notified when a insolvency practitioner retires and hold accurate records.

Please confirm if the above is correct and the date when you were notified that James Paul Shaw IP retired from Myers Clark Limited on 31 March 2017 and what actions you have taken for failure to be notified as a creditor.

If money is owed to Maidstone Borough Council then they are a creditor

Yes it is the Council's choice

Yes we are

We were notified on 7 December 2017 so there has not been any failure
