Magistrates' Courts Manual
Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,
In response to FOI request number 90600 you provided an "extract from Magistrates Courts Manual".
Please provide me with an electronic copy of the whole of this manual, by which I mean every single page which forms part of the manual.
If you are unable to do this within 20 working days, estimate when you will be able to do so.
If you are unable to provide it all due to the cost threshold, please (i) explain why, and (ii) provide me, under section 16 of the Act, with a contents list so I can choose some sections.
Yours faithfully,
Steve Elibank

Dear Holding, Chris,
Update on progress with the Magistrates' Court Manual Please.
Yours sincerely,
Steve Elibank
Dear Mr Elibank,
Within the Crime and Enforcement Directorate we have set up a small working group to factor in work on the redactions with their normal duties. We are also liaising closely with our colleagues within the Data Access Compliance Unit (DACU).The work has begun but - inevitably at this time of year - people are taking annual leave and this has caused a slight delay. I have added a note to my calendar to send you a monthly update.
Yours sincerely,
Chris Holding

Dear Mr Elibank,
I am writing on behalf of my colleague Chris Holding who is currently
away, to provide an update on this work.
Colleagues undertaking the work are carrying out a second sift through
each section they have worked on so far. They have currently sent a number
of sections to the Data Access and Compliance Unit for further checks.
Once checked, these sections will begin to be released to you as they
become ready.
My regards,
Ibrahim

I look forward to Wednesday.
Steve Elibank
I am on leave until Monday 5th January. The PQ and FOI inboxes are being monitored.
