Dear Supreme Court of the United Kingdom,

Magistrates Court Tribunal

According to the Supreme Court and United Kingdom legal system rules states only tribunals get moved to county court.

So my question is, is the Magistrates' court holding a tribunal for civil proceedings ?

Yours faithfully,

V. C. STUART
