Dear Mr Swan,

I am writing to update you on progress.
Within the Crime and Enforcement Directorate we have set up a small working group to factor in work on the redactions with their normal duties. We are also liaising closely with our colleagues within the Data Access Compliance Unit (DACU).The work has begun but - inevitably at this time of year - people are taking annual leave and this has caused a slight delay. I have added a note to my calendar to send you a monthly update.

Colleagues undertaking the work carrying out a second sift through each
section they have worked on so far. They have currently sent a number of
sections to the Data Access and Compliance Unit for further checks.  Once
checked, these sections will begin to be released to you as they become
