Magistrates allowing the invitations of MASS gatherings during COVID-19 restrictions.
Dear Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service,
Can you please Disclose the section of the covid-19 regulation or act which states a council tax summons hearing can take place, where the council and Magistrates Court can invite a 'MASS' gathering of people to attend the court on the same day, at the same time.
Local authorites are now inviting many hundreds of people to attend these council tax liability hearings. Clearly councils and magistrates are the organisers of these unlawful mass gatherings.
Yours faithfully,
PAUL PATTERSON
Dear Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service,
I have still not had a response to my request by law, the authority should normally have responded promptly and by 17 December 2020.
Yours faithfully,
