Please could you inform me, year ending 31/01/24 how many taxi driver revocations for driving offences were appealed at Magistrates court and of that number how many were overturned (successfully appealed). If possible I’d be obliged if you could supply that information by month of year.

There were eight revocations for driving offences that were appealed at
the magistrate’s court during this period. Of these, one appeal was
successful and one resulted in a variation of the original decision.
