Greater Cambridge Partnership: Please supply records and copies of the

All communications held between GCP in relation to Historic England and
Natural England and the Madingley Mulch to Grange Road (C2C Phase 1)

Therefore, a response to this request is refused under Section 21 (1) of
the Freedom of Information Act 2000, which states that information
requested is exempt from disclosure if it is accessible by other means.
