Macur Review

Cathy Fox made this Freedom of Information request to Ministry of Justice

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Ministry of Justice,
Please answer these under a FOI request and S16.
Has the Macur review Report been given to the Ministry of Justice yet?
What information does the Ministry of justice hold on the Macur review?
When is the Macur review due to give its report to the Ministry?
When is the Report going to be published and in what manner?
Please could you say how much the review has cost to date, which budget
this money comes from, how often they have meetings, and what is
happening - in line with a transparent approach to exposing child sexual abuse.
Please provide an index to all correspondence from MOJ to Macur Review and release all correspondence this year.

Yours faithfully,

Cathy Fox

Dear Coroners and Burials Correspondence,

I am unsure what clarification you need. The two points are these.

2. What information does the Ministry of Justice hold on the Macur
review?
6.Please provide an index to all correspondence from MOJ to Macur
Review and release all correspondence this year.

Point 2. I am interested in all the information MOJ hold on the Macur Review. An index or list of documents from a search will suffice if there is a quantity which would take the request over the limit.

Point 6. Correspondence includes letters, emails, and similar documents. A search result for electronic items would suffice as the index if your records do not have an index
Please let me know if this is not clear, and if it is not please indicate which items are not clear

Yours sincerely,

Cathy Fox
