Dear ECPFOI,

Thank you for your reply, however it is incomplete.

I asked you to about information the council has and actions that the council may have taken.

In particular

"list all reports to the Council on this bus lane."

"What communications have been sent by the Council to government bodies or ministers regarding this bus lane?"

It may be that the answer is there were none, but that is not the same as "information not held".

Yours sincerely,

Mark Black

Dear Mr Black

Thank you for your e-mail.

The London Borough of Hillingdon Council does not receive or have any
information regarding the M4 Bus Lane and therefore the answer to your
response is none. This is because from Junction 3 to the elevated section
is out of our boundary, also the motorway is managed by the Highways
Agency and policed by the Metropolitan Police.

I hope this is of assistance to you.
