Thank you for your recent contact to Highways England on the 4^th August.
I have been forwarded your correspondence by the Highways England Customer

I have fully investigated your query regarding the variable speed limits
set on the M1 southbound between Junctions 30 and 28 on the 19^th July
between 9am and 11am. Attached you will find a full list of all of the
signs and signals displayed between those times and the marker posts they
were positioned.
