Apologies Mr Rowland. 
 
Below is the link to your response: 
 
Whilst walking around Lynemouth Power Station, I was approached by a
security guard who advised I was trespassing on private property. I was
confident that I was standing on the public highway, and therefore require
you as the Council responsible for the area - to advise me where public
land ends and that private of Lynemouth Power Station Ltd. begins. around
the entire perimeter.

and at no point were there any signs stating the land had indeed become
private.
A map of all the public rights of way in Northumberland is available
online. Landowner information is not held by Northumberland County
Council, this data is held by Land Registry.
