Luton Bus Service Improvement Plan appendices
Dear Luton Borough Council,
Thank you for the information provided in LU10587. I have two follow-up questions:
1) May I have a copy of the BSIP Report appendices? They are listed* but haven't been made available on your website.
2) When will the November 2022 Enhanced Partnership document be updated? Some of the proposed delivery timescales (in particular for the Chaul End Lane / Vauxhall Way bus lanes) are in clear need of correction.

Dear Ms Cave,
It has been 40 working days since my request (LU11361) and it remains unresolved despite a reminder midway through, so I am requesting an internal review. My questions still stand.

Good afternoon

Dear Sir,
The data associated with the BSIP project is significant and cannot be
easily converted to be added to our Web page and as it is constantly being
reviewed and or amended we will not be placing it on the Web. The data
about bus journey times and schedules can be found on the bus operator
sites and will also be updated as changes are made. I will forward under
separate cover the basis of the original award for the BSIP funding, this
sum has not been amended and the delivery continues with some elements,
such as bus lanes, still under discussion and consideration, other options
are bein looked at.
Kind regards,
Steven Lain

Dear Sir,
Further to my earlier email, please find details of the BSIP Programme,
the delivery will differ from this, the delay from submission to award and
then receipt of funding has changed, not least the fixed £2.00 fare. This
has resulted in a review agreed with the DfT to introduce other cost
reduction ways to save residents at this time of cost pressure, helping
the working public in particular.
We will be placing more marketing and advertising information as and when
appropriate.
Kind regards
Steven Lain
