Further to your request for information, please find our response below.

You asked: ‘Two events were planned for Ludlow on 26th December 2024.

1. A Tug of War Event between 11-12 am held on the Bull Ring

2. A meeting of the Ludlow Hunt between 1030am and 1230pm

Requests under FOI (a to f) -Could you please provide details of the
following for both events:

a/ Official Application for Road Closures b/ Copy of Sealed Road Closure
Order or Section 16 TTRO Closure c/ Copy of Traffic Management Plans d/
Event safety management plans e/ Confirmation that risk assessment were
submitted f/ Provided copies of risk assessments’.

Our response:

 a. Applications were received for both the Ludlow boxing day meet (from
Ludlow Hunt) event and the Tug of War (from The Feathers Hotel – this
is an something that takes place separately to anything put on by the
Ludlow Hunt)
 b. Copy order is attached.
 c. Plans attached showing what was agreed.
 d. No separate Event Safety management plan required or requested outside
of general discussions over how the event would be managed.
 e. No separate Risk Assessments required or requested outside of general
discussions over how the event would be managed.
