LTN vandalism
Dear Hackney Borough Council,
I'd like to request the following information be made available, if held:
- The number of reports received of vandalism targeting low traffic neighbourhood (LTN) measures in the Borough, by month, since April 2022.
- The most common type of LTN vandalism reported, since April 2022 (graffiti, fire-setting, physical damage etc.).
- The amount of money spent by the local authority on fixing, rectifying or maintaining LTN measures since April 2022.

Since January 2022 to March 2023 Parking Services have spent £399,361.09
on tackling the vandalism. These costs only relate to CCTV cameras and
infrastructure. Please note that this does not include lost revenue as a
result of no Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) being issued and the
costs of bollards, signs etc.
