LTN fines to police vehicles

The request was successful.

Dear Lambeth Borough Council,

Could you let me know how many traffic/LTN fines were a) issued, b) Paid in the last 12 months for which there is data where the vehicle owner is the Metropolitan Police?

For context Camden Council have recently provided me with the following data in response to this question:

"For non liveried Police vehicles which have received a PCN, we are unable to calculate the figures. This is because PCNs are issued to the registered keeper of a vehicle. In terms of the Metropolitan Police they appear to have multiple registered keeper addresses and potentially have a leasing arrangement.

However, we do have a number of PCNs that are sent to addresses that ‘look like’ Metropolitan
Police addresses (i.e. have the word “police” somewhere in the address). So, these may be unliveried vehicles or the CEOs have decided to process.

Over the last 3 financial years for addresses that have the word ‘police’ somewhere in the
description we have 88 different addresses and nearly 2000 PCNs (across all PCN types), around
half are cancelled, but a half are outstanding or paid."
