LPS OSNI data model delays and impacts

Dear Department of Finance (Northern Ireland),

Please provide the following information regarding Land & Property Services OSNI data model project & its negative impact on the day to day operations of Land & Property Services.

1. The business target for the number of completed survey units and the actual number of survey units completed by field survey staff during each month of the following financial years:
2012/13
2013/14
2014/15
2015/16
2016/17
2017/18
April 2018-June 2018

2. The number of field notification requests received from LPS Land Registry during each month of the following years, the agreed business target time to complete Land Registry field notification requests and the number of these requests completed within the target time:
2012/13
2013/14
2014/15
2015/16
2016/17
2017/18
April 2018-June 2018

3. The number of field survey staff employed by LPS during each of the following years:
2014/15
2015/16
2016/17
2017/18

4. The travel and subsistence and mileage costs paid to field survey staff during each of the following years (list T&S costs separately to the mileage costs):
2014/15
2015/16
2016/17
2017/18

5. A list of all LPS/OSNI “key customer workshops” referred to in LPS’s response to FOI DoF/2017-0284 held between 1st January 2017 to 30th June 2018. List the customer organisations (departments/agencies/private companies etc) who attended each workshop. Confirm for each workshop if minutes of the meetings were taken by LPS & sent to workshop attendees.

6. LPS’s response on 19 May 2017 to FOI DoF/2017-0284 stated that as of the response date “All customers were informed verbally during the series of key customer workshops” of issues and delays with the OSNI data model project. List any formal communications (email, letters etc) sent to customers by LPS outlining the delays with the data model and the dates these were sent to customers after 19th May 2017.

7. Provide a list (with date of the meetings) of LPS Management Board meetings where the issues and delays with the OSNI data model were discussed by the board (as reflected in Management Board minutes) from 19th May 2017 onwards.
