Dear Newcastle upon Tyne City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Newcastle upon Tyne City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Low Carbon Infrastructure Fund: Riverside Dene, Newcastle'.

95% of the information was provided, which is appreciated. However after working through all the information there isn't any data to answer question 4. Therefore under the FOI, I request all information held by you (including emails on the topic) are provided within 20 days. It's a shame as the rest of the data is exactly what I require.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

Seth Beaker
