Dear Homes for Haringey,

Please provide the current housing tenure breakdown for the Love Lane estate. This should include the numbers of Temporary Accommodation Residents, and Council tenants with permanent tenure along with the numbers of leasehold and council owned properties in each of the following blocks.

1. Ermine House
2. Charles House
3. Moselle House
4. Brereton Road
5. Kathleen Ferrier Court
6. Whitehall Street
7. White Hart Lane

Please provide any existing reports or analysis that you hold on the different types of property ownership on the estate for years 2019 and 2020. Thank you

Dear Davey Pete,

Thank you for your response , unfortunately the figures you provide make no sense. At most I would have expected 4 figures for each property, namely temporary tenant numbers, permanent tenant numbers, total leasehold homes and the total of council owned homes. The format you provide has what looks like up to 7 different numbers with no clear indication of what each number may refer to. I appreciate you are busy and assume this was not intentional and so I request your urgent clarification rather than seek formal internal review at this stage
