Love Cambridge Board Papers

The request was successful.

Dear Cambridge City Council,

Could you please release the board papers (agendas, papers, minutes) for Love Cambridge's board meetings and general meetings held since July 2011. The council is represented by on the Love Cambridge Board so I expect the council will hold a copy of the papers.

Despite an assurance on the Love Cambridge website that board agendas will be published 1 week prior to the meeting, with minutes available from approximately 10 days after the meeting date, at the time of writing the latest papers relate to July 2011.

There have two scheduled board meetings (September and October) and an AGM since then.

This request appears to have prompted Love Cambridge to also post their papers on their own website:

http://www.love-cambridge.co.uk/boardmee...

The minutes of the October meeting note Cambridge City Council have proposed publishing Love Cambridge's Board Minutes on the Council website which ought give them greater prominence and perhaps get them published in a more timely manner. (Hopefully Love Cambridge will point from their website to where the council place them).

I note there is no mention of the proposals to better sign streets in the city where cyclists are able to go against the traffic flow:

From January 2012 Love Cambridge will be employing Luke Crane as BIDS Development Manager to work on their "Cambridge Tax" proposal, which, if approved will see business rates rise for Cambridge businesses.
