Lough Neagh Rescue Dispute

The request was partially successful.

Dear Maritime and Coastguard Agency,

On the 11th July 2017 I made the following request. I still have had no acknowledgement of receipt so have moved the request to this platform. For your convenience I have calculated the due date of the request as the 8th August 2017. The request relates to a letter sent as an attachment, one of the addresses used in the communication was "mailto:[email address]"

The request reads as follows;

"An FOI request in November 2013 failed to receive a response. The redacted sentence at the bottom reads "the attached letters will explain in further detail"

The Lough Neagh Rescue members prejudiced by the attached communication are in the High Court on the 14th September 2017, to challenge the legality of the Charity Commission inquiry. If successful the opening of the inquiry will be looked at again including HMCG's part in it.

Please can you supply to me the letters ( and any other correspondence) as identified in the attached correspondence. These letters are important within the context of the ongoing Lough Neagh Rescue dispute, their release would be in the Public interest.

I will be in touch again after the 14th September court application, if successful Lough Neagh Rescue members will wish to call HMCG members as witnesses in court".

Yours faithfully,

Trevor McKee

Hello Trevor

I have sent reminder to the team collating your reply, to remind them that it is due to be responded to today, and I will be monitoring that. I realise that my earlier email showed due date of 8th August, on rechecking I have discovered that it should have actually been today - 9th August 2017, so I apologise for that.

Regards

Janice
