Dear DAERA Water Policy Team, thank you for this. Regarding parts 2 and 3 of my request, I don’t see these have been addressed. 2/Are there any recordings of any of these meetings held, I understand “Teams” is similar to zoom. If none held, then please confirm that is the case. 3/ when are next meetings if any planned.
Yours sincerely,
Neill Walker
Good Morning Neill
Thank you for the email.
I can confirm that MS Teams is similar to Zoom and it is used for online
meetings.
Can I please draw your attention to the second page of the letter which
states –
The information which can be disclosed is attached in the Annexes.
Note none of these meetings were recorded, therefore recordings are not
available to share. No further meeting dates have been agreed.
The minutes of the MS Teams meetings have been provided in the Annexes
attached to the original email.
I trust this answers parts 2 & 3 of your request.
Kind regards
DAERA Water Policy Team
Dear DAERA Water Policy Team,
Thank you, that does address those parts of my request. I’ve had time to also read through the minutes and see that all attendees have been redacted - were no senior staff in attendance? There’s little clue as to who attended, even in terms of groups or organisations represented.
Yours sincerely,
Neill Walker
Dear Neill
Thank you for your email.
There were a lot of different sets of minutes provided for your request.
Could you specify which minutes you are referring to (with all attendees
redacted) and I will investigate further?
Kind regards
DAERA Water Policy Team
Dear DAERA Water Policy Team,
Anywhere in any of the minutes where names of any official in a relatively senior decision making position has been covered, or the position, or interest represented by an individual who attended has been blacked out. The attendees sections in particular. I would like to have a better idea of who attended and what interests were represented. I understand there shouldn’t be a blanket non disclosure of names which appears to have been done, perhaps for convenience, but it doesn’t help with understanding who took part, what their role might be, or on behalf or what interests. Many thanks.
Yours sincerely,
Neill Walker
Good Morning Neill
I am looking into this for you.
The colleague I need to contact regarding the minutes in which attendees are fully redacted, and you are referencing, is on leave until 26th February.
I will be in touch,
Kind regards
DAERA Water Policy Team
Dear DAERA Water Policy Team,
Ok, thanks, that’s fine, happy to wait .
Yours sincerely,
Neill Walker
Dear DAERA Water Policy Team,
I would say that I’d be happy with just positions/roles and organisations or parties represented at the meetings.
Yours sincerely,
Neill Walker
