“Does, did or will the FCA conduct, commission or consume research about
lottery, either directly or indirectly (including but not limited to

We have processed your request in line with the provisions of the Freedom
of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

 

To the extent of our searches of our records, we have established that we
do not hold the information you have requested.  This is because this
issue does not fall within the remit of the FCA.  You may wish to contact
the Gambling Commission directly to establish whether they can assist you
