Lost S106 Affordable Housing Units

The request was successful.

Dear Bexley Borough Council,

I would like to receive details of all consented affordable housing units which were initially secured as affordable housing via the S106 legal agreement which have or will subsequently not be delivered due to the developer being unable to secure a Registered Provider to acquire the affordable housing units. My understanding is that such units revert to private sale and a payment in lieu is offered to the council instead in such a situation.

Please kindly provide information from 2015 onwards.

Yours faithfully,

Mark Jasby
