Loss of subjects at CAMSFC

Miss marple made this Freedom of Information request to Young People's Learning Agency for England

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

Young People's Learning Agency for England did not have the information requested.

Dear Young People’s Learning Agency for England,

The pay assumptions made when setting the budget included that additional staff savings would be made in 2011/12 and 2012/13 through restructuring of over £1m.

The above is taken from CAMSFC corporation mins. Under the FIO I am asking to have sight of all documentation between YPLA and CAMSFC that shows that there will be no loss of curriculum at the Marple campus before the YPLA agreed to the sale of the land.
I am aware that some subjects are no longer available at MARPLE and have already moved to Cheadle I am therefore requesting sight of the agreement made before YPLA agreed to the sale of the assurances that there would be no loss of facilities.
If there is now a loss of facilities at the MARPLE campus I am requesting that the YPLA once again become involved and rectify the colleges breech of agreement as laid down by YPLA

Yours faithfully,

Paula Smith
