Lord Justice Fulford child abuse cases

The request was partially successful.

Dear Ministry of Justice,

In this article https://t.co/uDmCRT7uiP Lord Justice Fulford is revealed as a member of paedophile groups.
Have the Ministry of Justice carried out an investigation of the cases Lord Justice Fulford was in charge of, to determine if there was any maladministration? When was this done? How many cases concerning child abuse/paedophilia/indecent images did he oversee?
Can you email me the child protection policy of the Ministry of Justice?

Yours faithfully,

Angie Nickson

Dear Ministry of Justice,
This appears overdue, please could you carry out an internal review

Yours faithfully,

Angie Nickson

Dear Woods, Dave,
I acknowledge your reply. I asked for 1) the written information as to why the statement was taken off the DOJ website
I realise that I have the statement, but I wish to have the written information as to why it was taken from the website. You did not refer to this. Under Section 16 , could you also give me advice and assistance as to why it was removed from the website

Yours sincerely,

Angie Nickson

Dear Woods, Dave,
My Apologies , I have now found the information under previous disclosures , thank you.

In response to the question why the statement was removed from the JCIO website, our Publication Policy (http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk/...) states, in part,

“Press statements relating to disciplinary sanctions below removal will be deleted from the website after a period of one year. Press statements relating to sanctions for suspension or removal from office will be removed from the website after a period of five years.”

The matter relating to Lord Justice Fulford was not a disciplinary statement and not subject to the publication policy. The JCIO takes the view that if disciplinary statements are removed after one year (except those for suspension and removal from office) then there is no requirement for non-disciplinary ‘news’ items to remain longer than one year.

Yours sincerely,

Angie Nickson
