Lord Chancellor and her comments of vexatious claims against the UK military

Iain Overton made this Freedom of Information request to Ministry of Justice

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Waiting for an internal review by Ministry of Justice of their handling of this request.

Dear Ministry of Justice,

On the 2 October of this year, the Lord Chancellor gave an interview to the Sunday Telegraph - which she later tweeted - referring to 'spurious claims against our armed forces'.

Can you please provide me with a list of which spurious claims the Lord Chancellor was referring to, ideally in an XL spreadsheet? Please provide all salient details (which law firm was suing, what was the main accusation, what was its status in the courts etc.)

Yours faithfully,

Iain Overton

It is very delayed and no reason has been given for such.
