Looking for information regarding road traffic camera following car accident

I was involved in a car accident last night whilst going NE on Crown Point road where it intersects with the A61 (around 100m before the Ibis hotel. I stopped but the other car did not. Please could you let me know if you have a CCTV camera in that area such that I can ask my insurance to get in touch.

Freedom of Information Request - CCTV (Crown Point Road)

 

I write in response to your above Freedom of Information request, received
in this office on 23rd September 2017.

 

Your request asked:

 

I was involved in a car accident last night whilst going NE on Crown Point
road where it intersects with the A61 (around 100m before the Ibis hotel.

have  a CCTV camera in that area such that I can ask my insurance to get
in touch.

 

I can confirm that we do have CCTV in this location, and that an insurer
has already contacted the Council in this regard.

 

I trust that this response is satisfactory. If however you are
dissatisfied with this response you have a right to appeal to an
independent officer within City Development. They will re-examine your
request and assess whether we have adhered to the requirements of the act.
