Dear Birmingham Children’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust,
Since 1 Jan 2014, how many 'looked after' (accommodated by the Local Authority) girls aged 13 have been admitted to hospital in Birmingham as a reult of self-harm/attempted suicide?
What treatment did they receive?
What reason did they give for their self harm/attempted suicide?
How long did they remain in hospital before returning to their placement?
How many of them have been admitted more than once? Please state how many times any 13 year old girls were admitted if repeatedly since 1 Jan 2014.
Please find attached the Trust's response to your freedom of information
