Dear Manchester City Council,

I'm Looking as part of a study programme for myself details of all children in your area that are looked after children for the years 2015 to 2016 both years included to todays date or the end of the year
Why and how long they have been looked after children and finally why do the children go out of the area and what areas do you send them too.

You have failed by law to respond to my request why can a public servant break the law and the public can not why have you not explain ed the delay or do you simply not want to go on public record with your foi reuests
