The request was partially successful.

Dear Manchester City Council;

I am looking for a list of long term empty property lists
(residential and commercial) within
the councils area. Would you be able to supply me with these under
the Freedom of Information Act? A spreadsheet will suffice, I
require no personal information simply the properties address.

Yours faithfully,

Rui Salvaterra

Dear Manchester City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Manchester City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Long term empty property lists residential and commercial'.

The refusal of the information disclosure was based on the assumption that the information could be used for criminal activities. Please could you clarify and explain the standards here. Other Councils have provided similar information with no problem. What makes Manchester different from other Councils?
Appreciate if you could clarify this.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/l...

Yours faithfully,
