Infer the Freedom of Information Act 2001, i would like to request the following financial information.

1. Long term borrowing.
When was the authority's long term borrowings last below £50m and £100m as specified in your annual statement of accounts.

Please provide carrying value at appropriate intervals to demonstrate a trend.

For clarification, long tern borrowing is area covered by note 16 of the accounts, examples include PWLB borrowings and other financial instruments used for long term borrowing and specify the source of borrowings eg PWLB.
