I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000:

(a) addresses of all “long term empty” Commercial properties that are within Brighton & Hove Council area and how long they have been empty for; and

(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

I have not yet received a response regarding my request where by law a response should have been given promptly.

The request was as follows:

I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000:

I understand that "b" may not be granted due to confidentiality however a response regarding "a" would be appreciated.
