Dear Croydon Borough Council,

Please provide a summary of Croydon Council's involvement in the London’s Biennial of International Performance Art and Noise, which took place in July.

Please detail all financial grants made to the festival organisers or performers taking part in the London’s Biennial of International Performance Art and Noise.

Please list all the events which were staged on council-owned properties or venues, the dates and times, and detail the usual hire fees charged by the council for the use of these venues. Please provide details of what fees were paid by the festival organisers for the use of each venue.

Please provide all email correspondence from the council relating to the granting of funding and permissions to use Croydon Council venues.

Thank you for your recent request.

 

Your request is being considered and you will receive a response within
the statutory timescale of 20 working days, subject to the application of
any exemptions. Where consideration is being given to exemptions the 20
working day timescale may be extended to a period considered reasonable

notify you of this together with the reason(s) why and details of how you
may appeal (if appropriate).

information where we believe that the request is not significantly clear
for us to respond fully.
