The request was successful.

Dear Transport for London,

Good evening. Can i please have a list of all London Underground departure boards faults and failures that have occurred over the past 12 months (the ones on the platforms that show the next trains). Please include details of exactly what the fault was and when the fault occurred and when the fault was fixed. The reason i am requesting this is because i sometimes have seen broken ones so i am interested about the reliability of them. Many thanks. Kind regards.

Yours faithfully,

David Andrews
