London Overground station platform Amey system automated announcements newly added recordings.

Dear Transport for London,

I am requesting if you could please attach the newer additional sound files that were added to the London Overground (Amey) station platform announcements system that were recently added. These are the sound files for, London Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, St Pancras International, St Albans City, Harpenden, Luton Airport Parkway, Luton, Leagrave, Harlington, Flitwick, Bedford, and a few others so that these stations can now be announced. Up until a couple years ago your London Overground station platform announcements could not announce these stations but they were added maybe one or two years ago so i just want to request these newer files. I already have the access to all of the London Overground (Amey) station announcements on the Microsoft Share Point files from my request i made to you ages ago. So i am just making this new FOIA request to get these newly added sound files for the Amey system please.

Please attach these and any other newly added sound files that have recently been added to your London Overground (Amey) station announcements that have not been released yet.

Also this second part is not an FOI request but i had recently noticed that you added two new parts called "Elizabeth Line" and "Elizabeth Line 2" to the Microsoft Share Point site but the "Elizabeth Line" files do not work.

The "Elizabeth Line" ones show up and look fine but then when you click the files nothing plays and when you try to download the ZIP file none of the files will play so it seems like there is an issue with these files and it might be corrupted.

The "Elizabeth Line 2" ones work perfectly fine for me so there is no issue with those ones.

All of the other files are fine. All the LO station and LO onboard and LU JNP onboard and Tram onboard files work fine so it is just this "Elizabeth Line" category that do not work so could you kindly look in to this and see what the issue is here.

Thank you for your reply. I already have access to the announcements file on the Microsoft Share Point as i made a request to you ages ago like over a year ago probably. So i do not think you need to add my email address to the permissions list again. As it has been added to the permissions list already. So once my request is processed and the new files are added i should be able to view them without you having to do anything. So i do not think you need it.

But if you still need my email address again than it is as follows (this is the same email address that is already added to the permissions list from my previous request i made ages ago):

Or if for any reason you require another brand new email address to process my request than you can use my other email address instead if that is easier for you (this one has not been added to the permissions):

But like i say i already have permissions added from my other request so it should be fine as it is and i do not think i need to be sent a code again.

Dear FOI,

Do you have any response to my request please. As i do still do require those additional Amey system London Overground station announcement files that are missing for the Bedford line stations mentioned in my request and any other newer files you may have. It has been over twenty working days and i did not hear back from you.

You can ignore the second part of my request now as all of this Elizabeth Line files seem to be working fine now. So that is fine and seems to be fixed. I can access those.

If you are able to provide me with those newer missing Amey system London Overground station announcement files mentioned in my email on 22/08/2022 that would be great.
