Dear Aland

Our ref: FOI-2821-2223/GH

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 31
January 2023 asking for announcements.

In order to provide you with access to the requested audio recordings we
require a direct email address in order to create the necessary
permissions. Could you please email us directly with your email address,
citing your FOI reference number.

You may find our direct email address at the following link:

We will also need your full name in order to process your request -
Section 8(1) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) sets out the
requirements of a valid request for information and states that a request
must, amongst other things, “state the name of the applicant.”

Once we have the required information, we can then grant you access to
these announcements.

Yours sincerely

FOI, Transport for London

Dear Aland Karim Mihalache

Thank you for your email.

We granted your access for announcements on 21 February, and you should
have received an email to your gmail account. If you have not received
this, please check your junk mail folder.

As advised in our response, at the moment the ShareFile site which hosts
these recordings is suffering from a technical glitch which has meant that
some non-Microsoft accounts (such as Gmail) are not being able to access
them. We are currently working on this with a view to resolving it as
quickly as possible but if you would like immediate access it would
require you to create a Microsoft account (Outlook, Hotmail etc) and we
can add you to the permissions list via that account where you will then
be able to access the announcements as usual.

If you are still experiencing difficulties, or cannot locate the emails
previously sent to you, please let me know.

Kind regards

Graham Hurt
