Lollipop men cost
Dear Worcestershire County Council,
Please could you provide me with the total cost of lollipop men that are in place on the A4440 Worcester Southern link Road Improvements.
There are two lollipop men (although they actually appear to be construction workers) in operation between 7am and 7pm each weekday on the Norton roundabout.
Would you be able to provide:
1. How long they have been doing the lollipop pedestrian crossing?
2. How long they will continue to do the crossing before an unmanned solution comes into place?
3. The amount of money this is costing - either their hourly wage, daily rate after breaks or salary, whichever figures are available.
Yours faithfully,
Tom Tracey
