Dear Transport for London,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Transport for London's handling of my FOI request 'LoHAC Contractor Selection Process 2'.

I received documentation in response to my request but the component(s) in which the tenderer inserts rates and/or prices has(have) not been included.

The response to my request is therefore, at present, incomplete.

Please can you rectify this as soon as is possible by sending the missing components.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/l...

Yours faithfully,

Peter Johns

Dear FOI,
My request was to see tender documents. Tfl have only responded in part and they refer to tender documentation in which the tenderer was to insert rates and prices. This section has been withheld from me.

The response is now overdue.

Yours sincerely,

Peter Johns
