I am requesting information as per the following, for the year 2011/12
A copy of the management of locum doctors report,
Also a list of all locum doctor checks, that will include GMC registration and Access NI check, each shown separate?

I was released these files in a FOI for the year 2010/11, they were heavily redacted, i cannot think of another name for the reports. I am going by the information received in the past.
