Dear West London NHS Trust,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of West London NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Inpatient mental health bed closures'.

PLEASE SEE THE ICO DECISION BELOW:

Date: 21 July 2022
Public Authority: West London NHS Trust
Address: 1 Armstrong Way
Southall
UB2 4SD

Complainant: Dr Amit Mukherjee
Address: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Decision (including any steps ordered)
1. The complainant made 11 requests over the course of six months. West
London NHS Trust (“the Trust”) eventually refused all 11 requests as
vexatious.
2. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Trust has failed to provide any
evidence to support its use of section 14(1) of FOIA.
3. The Commissioner requires the Trust to take the following steps to
ensure compliance with the legislation.
• Issue fresh responses, to all 11 requests identified in the annex to
this notice, that do not rely on section 14(1) of FOIA.

4. The Trust must take these steps within 35 calendar days of the date of
this decision notice. Failure to comply may result in the Commissioner
making written certification of this fact to the High Court pursuant to
section 54 of the Act and may be dealt with as a contempt of court.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/i...
