Dear Department for International Development,

Please Note Tirana Hassan is HRW worker.
Reference to Greening MP's assertion (link below) of being concerned about the humanitarian crisis in Iraq:

Q1 How many of your humanitarian missions are reaching the desperate people in the areas currently under aerial bombardment/military harassment, such as Baiji(2),Fallujah(3) and Jurf al Sakhar (south west Baghdad) (4). These are the areas that are in most desperate need of assistance currently in the country.

Q2 Are you just aiding people already in a safe environment? How are you putting pressure on Maliki to allow you access to the most needy?

1) Written Answers - International Development: Iraq (16 Jul 2014)
