The response to your request is set out below/in the attached document.
Our response:

I am looking to gather information on council held or funded play
grounds/play areas.

I have split this request into Primary and secondary information as I
understand that some of the secondary information may not be held in an
easily accessible format. Please provide what you can from the secondary
information within the confines of the FOI

Please provide 

PRIMARY INFO: 

The name and location (e.g postcode) of all playgrounds in your district
(either owned, supported or maintained by SDC)

SECONDARY INFO:

- free parking available (yes/no)

- disabled friendly (yes/no)
- list of equipment (e.g. slide, swings, nest swing)
- the initial cost of installation
- year of installation
- Maintenance cost

Please provide this in an EXCEL FORMAT with the column titles:
- Playground name
- Playground location
- free parking available (yes/no)
- disabled friendly (yes/no)
- List of equipment (Comma separated)
- year of installation
- Initial cost
- Maintenance cost
- health and safety score/link to document

Response: The information requested is not held in the requested format. 
The attached information we hold is in the form of an inspection document
that includes the following information:

• Name of the playground
• Location, including postcode
• List of equipment

Health and safety and improvements:

We do not have free car parking directly in the parks but some parks are
closely located to council run car parks. Other parks have nearby free on
the road parking.
[4]Car park location can be cross-referenced to park location from the
attached file.
We do not hold the maintenance cost as it is not broken down per site; it
is an annual budget that covers all playgrounds.
The Open Spaces team do not hold the cost of installation or year of
installation of the play equipment. We are unable to provide this
information as this would exceed the time/cost limit set out in Section
12(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and is therefore exempt from
disclosure. The exemption does not oblige a public authority to comply
with a request for information if the authority estimates that the cost of
complying would exceed the appropriate limit set at £450 or 18 hours of
staff time at £25 per person per hour. 
As we do not record this information in one place, we would need to check
every park equipment related invoice to determine the cost and year of
installation of each play equipment, given that some play equipment would
be purchased at different times for the same park.
If you are unhappy with the way your enquiry has been dealt with, you may
ask for an internal review by submitting a request within one month of the
date of this response.
