1a) The number of households given a private rented sector offer to discharge your full housing duty under Section 193 7AA-7AC of the 1996 Housing Act as amended by s.148 (5)-(7) Localism Act 2011.
1b) The number to 1a broken down for each local authority area into which they were offered housing (eg. 5 to Croydon).
1c) The number of households of 1a who actually took the private sector offer.

Question 2

Other, and UI: under investigation). The breakdown below relates to a
period 1-Oct-2013 and 31-Jan-2015. Only a postcode of first resource and
first homeless decisions are taken into account.

Dear Haringey Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Haringey Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Localism Act Private Sector Discharge of Duty to Homeless People'.

I would like the part b to Q1-3 answered as asked. I asked for every local council to be listed, this includes when someone has been sent out of London. Can you please tell me which local council everyone sent out of london has been sent to?

Also Q1b asks for the numbers broken down into location for all offers, not all accepptances. You have given me the numbers for the acceptances only meaning 5 are missing.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/l...

Yours faithfully,

Elizabeth Wyatt
