can you please advise me on who's job is it to inform the local Parish councils of the new laws in the Localism act 2011, is it Lisa Dixon head of legal or are these laws sent out directly to the Parishes or Chairman or its members? When was the last time that Seamer Parish council received any type of legal advice what if any was it and who gave the advice namley the localism act 2011 or any other legal advice.
