Dear Lambeth Borough Council,
I would like to request maps and plans of the Lambeth area that identify
which locations are suitable for new development and the rules that will
be used to given infill sites.
Our Response
The policies that Lambeth uses to make planning decisions are set out in
the statutory development plan for the borough, which is made up of the
[1]London Plan 2016 and the [2]Lambeth Local Plan 2015 (and associated
Policies Map). Online maps of policy designations from the Lambeth Local
Plan can be viewed through Lambeth’s [3]Open Mapping Data portal.
Right to Review
If you are dissatisfied with the way in which your Environmental
Information Regulations request has been dealt with you can request an
internal review. Tell us why you are unhappy with our response within 40
working days, and it will be looked at afresh. We will aim to provide you
with our review response within 20 working days.
