Dear Susie

The Council has six Local Nature Reserves.  Current management plans
(attached) are in place for three of these: Summerhill; Hart to Haswell
Walkway and Seaton Dunes and Common.  Also attached is the annual work
programme for Hart to Haswell.

The management plan for Spion Kop is out of date and due to be renewed
however I have attached the out of date plan for your reference as its
likely the new one will be almost identical.

The two remaining LNRs, Greatham Beck and Hart Warren Dunes, have an
annual work plan rather than a management plan.

I hope that this information deals with your request, however if you are
dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask
for an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted to
[1][email address] within two months of the date of receipt of the
response to your original request.

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: Information
Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9
5AF, [2]www.ico.org.uk
