Local Land Charges
Dear Isle of Anglesey Council,
I am writing to kindly ask whether I could receive the following information regarding local land charge searches received by the council.
- How many local land charge searches have been received by the council since February 2020?
- How long has it taken the local authority to respond to each request since the above date?
- With regards to question two, how many of these searches have been responded to after the council’s deadline to respond to searches?
I would like to thank you for your help.
Yours faithfully,
Tyler Jenkins
