I can confirm that the council holds some of the information you requested which is as follows:

Under the Housing Benefit Regulations, Supported Accommodation is exempt from the Local Housing Allowance and other Welfare Reforms.

The Local Housing Allowance is set according to number of bedrooms in a property within a BRMA, of which we have 8 in Wiltshire. I list the average below for Wiltshire.

Shared - £69.41

One Bed - £118.58

Two Bed - £147.39

Three Bed - £178.02

Four Bed - £242.08.
